In accordance with our insurance requirements and the requirements of our clients, we require all contractors to be licensed and insured where needed.
Vendor Application Requirements
Please fill out the contact form below and upload the required documentation
- IRS W-9 Form (Required for ALL subcontractors regardless of trade)
- General Liability (Minimum $1 Million dollars in coverage with Boyd Property Group, LLC listed as additional insured). You may have your insurance provider forward this to us directly at "TheBoydPropertyGroup@gmail.com"
- Worker's Compensation coverage if applicable
- Automobile General Liability (This can be a personal or commercial policy)
- Trade license where required (Class A, B, or C license. Specialty trade license as required for Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc)
- Please ensure all licenses and insurance policies are current
